Our story

Memories2Go was created from a friendship built on creativity, connection, and a shared love of making meaningful things by hand.

Margie and Ginette first met in elementary school—just not as students. They were both teachers at an elementary school in Cambridge, Massachusetts, where Margie taught kindergarten and Ginette taught second grade.

Over the years, their love of crafting continued to grow. Whether creating something for a celebration, a loved one, or simply for the joy of making, they found that handmade pieces have a special way of bringing people together and preserving memories.

What began as time spent crafting together has grown into a way to share that same joy with others. At Memories2Go, Margie and Ginette believe the best memories are the ones we create together.

“Money can’t buy happiness, but it can buy craft supplies…which is kind of the same thing .”
